Do you accept my insurance?

Thank you for your interest in Performance Health. We work with patients Out of Network insurance benefits. Once we have your information we will pre-qualify your insurance for all Out of Network benefits, deductibles and co-insurance rates.

Are your massages the same as a spa?

Our Massage Therapists are trained Corrective Manual Therapists that excel in providing relief to our patients through soft/deep/sports massage. These techniques help alleviate pain, fatigue, and increase blood-flow to the area which will decrease muscle stiffness and tightness.

Does your practice only treat athletes?

No not at all! In fact, most of Performance Health's patients are non athletes who come in with orthopedic conditions. We do specialize in athletic care but Performance Heath patients range from Professional Athlete, to Weekend Warrior, to a patient with general back pain.

How long is each session?

Most common sessions last between 30 minutes to an hour depending on individualized plan of care.

Do You accept Medicare?

At the present time Performance Health does not participate with Medicare.

What should I bring for my first appointment?

Photo Identification (Driver's License, School ID, Valid State ID), Insurance Card, Forms from website (which can also be given and filled out at our office).

What should I wear to my appointment(s)?

Please wear comfortable/workout clothing that allows us to treat the body part we are examining.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please call 24 hours or one business day prior to your appointment to avoid a late cancellation/no show charge.
